VACGF 2000 စက္ကိုအသုံးျပဳသည့္အခါ မွတ္သားသင့္သည္မ်ား

+ The VACGF2000 4 in 1 automatic filling machine must be operated with 380v power supply. Thus, if the power supply is inadequate, the initial productivity might not be ensured.
+ There is a LED screen in the control panel showing the parameters set on the machine as well as the actual operating capacity of the machine.
There is a "Speed" button on the control panel, under the Led screen: This button is used to adjust the filling capacity of the machine. You can adjust the operating speed of the machine with this button. However, please note that the maximum capacity is 2,000 pet bottles per hour.
+ To ensure maximum performance, the customers need to ensure adequate installation area. Viet An has designed the layout of the VACGF2000 filling machine for the customers to refer.

Causes and solutions

အေၾကာင္းတရားႏွင့္ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္:

Bottle jamming: The main reason for bottle jamming derives from improper mold fitting. Incorrect mounting of mold size. This problem is mainly due to the technician’s mistakes during installation process.
The water amount filled in the bottle does not match the required volume The main reason is that you have not correctly programmed or you have installed the filling heads improperly.

The bottle caps are inverted: This problem is caused when you pull all the caps into the tray. However, as the tray is manually installed without blowing system to blow the caps into the cap duct connected to the capping heads. To limit this situation, you should have a competent supervisor and operater.

To completely remove this problem, you can install an additional automatic bottle cap loading machine. However, this solution is less chosen due to its high expense.
