In the industry of water production, the issue of food safety and hygiene is always strictly required. A numerous production steps need to be ensured, including the washing step. Normally, the automatic bottle washing process often requires manpower. However, with an automatic washing part integrated into the VACGF5000 washing, filling and capping machine, the bottles will be thoroughly cleaned without any manpower required.
The bottle will be sent to a conveyor system that is connected to the washing machine system automatically or semi-automatically At this automatic washing machines, 14 plastic bottles are firmly kept with 14 clamping heads and put downwards to fit 14 washing heads. From the washing heads, the water will be sprayed into the bottles with strong pressure to clean them all.
The bottles, after being washed clean, are rotated 180 degrees by the clamps and sent to the filling machine through the gear conveyor system.
