1. Ice making machine warranty period

Ice cube making machine has a warranty period for 12-24 months.

With industrial water filtration systems, filling machines, bottle blowing machines, the warranty period is 1-2 years

(The content and warranty period are specified in the warranty card or in the contract between the company and customers)

  2. Warranty conditions

+ Product is in warranty period

+ Warranty card with full information: model, serial number, production date, customer name used, phone number, address, date of purchase ... Warranty stamp must be intact, not torn off or erased.

+ Damage due to component quality or manufacturing process errors

3. These cases are not covered under warranty

 

Products under one of the following circumstances will be denied warranty:

+ Products are installed, maintained, improperly used according to the instruction of Viet An causing damage.

+ No warranty when the machine fails due to the impact of external forces and water sources (Customers cause deformation defects, breakage, scratches ...)

+ Customers do not have a warranty card or warranty card is invalid.

+ Damages caused by accidents, natural disasters, floods, lightning, transportation ...

+ The product is damaged due to using the wrong voltage, signs of explosion, water pressure is not guaranteed.

+ Products are changed or repaired by technicians not belonging to warranty stations or authorized warranty stations of Viet An Joint Stock Company

+ Product expired warranty or warranty stamp has been torn

1. The warranty period for water filtration line

With industrial water filtration systems, filling machines, bottle blowing machines, the warranty period is 1-2 years

With the ice making machine, the warranty period is 1-2 years.

2. Warranty conditions

  Product is in warranty period
