Operating procedure of pure auto valve water purification line 15,000 Liters / h

The operation process of VACA15000 is similar to other capacity lines as follows:

Raw filtration system to remove large-sized impurities

Air disinfection system: To ensure the air environment around the filter line system meets safety standards

Heavy metal filter system: Based on the effect of the filter material layer, the system will remove impurities and suspended sediments. At the same time, the treatment of a part of Fe and Mn exists in the water source. Then the water is transferred to the filter column containing activated carbon.

Detoxification system, decolourization, deodorizing: Activated carbon contained in composite filter column will absorb toxic substances existing in water and remove colour, odour, taste and oxidizing impurities and organic substances in water. The pure water production system is required to have this device to protect the rear materials safely.

Limestone reduction system and soft water: it will retain hard components such as Ca, Mg and some other cation. After a treatment cycle, the materials will saturate and restore the initial state by automatic valve reconstitution. The hardness of the treated water will be smaller than 17 mg / l.
