1. The raw water filtration process

If you choose the water source to purify it into pure water, the water will first be pumped from the borehole through the multipurpose water treatment system, and the sludge filtration system before being put into the head tank to filter.

2.  The process of removing heavy metals, bacteria in a water

Water from the intermediate tank will be pumped through a sludge filter slot of the 1-micron size. Then the water is pumped through RO reverse osmosis membrane filter. It is necessary to have a filtration system to prevent sludge from appearing in the tank, in addition, it is essential to protect the RO membrane to avoid membrane tearing to help the filter system extend the life and water quality after filter always ensures the best quality.

With membrane is the super small size only about 0.0001 microns, the RO filter will remove up to 99.99% of heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and organic compounds in the water to be treated. 3. Sterilization process of VACC300 water filtration line

In order for the system to operate stably and increase the life expectancy, please take care to check carefully before operating the VACC300 industrial filter.

You should check that the closed and open valves are in right place, after checking and then turn on the pump switch to see the pump is working normally or not? You should check the amount of water supplied to the tank to ensure it is enough or not?

If you hear the different sound of the pump or the amount of water is not enough, you should check again the pump has a problem or not?
