 Stage 1: Automatic bottle rinse

 

VABGF500 is equipped with up to 8 bottle wash heads. These wash heads are all made of high quality 304 stainless steel material, not corroded, not oxidized.

8 wash heads are attached on the rotatory axis and connected to the system of pure water pipelines to be able to rinse the bottle. The water in the wash heads will spray to the bottom of the bottle, ensuring that all the dirt in the bottle is cleaned.

VABGF500 also has 8 crab pincers that are modernly designed, used to clamp glass bottlenecks and flip the bottle 180 degrees to catch on the rinsing heads then turn back to bring to the star wheel department to transport to filling unit.

Stage 2: Automatic bottle beer filling

Stage 3: Automatic close the bottle

The capping unit uses air pressure to close the cap to the bottle so the capping force is sufficient, causing the bottle cap to stick to the bottle without deforming the cap as well as affecting the glass bottle.

Although there is only one capping head, with a special design, the fast-closing speed is up to 500 bottles per hour.
