Stage1: Air conveyors

Function:

This is an indispensable step in the automatic filling machine line. The air conveyor is composed of 1 wind fan, 2 guide bar to support the bottleneck, 1 frame containing the bar guide.

Glass bottle shells will be brought to the top of the air conveyor to the position of the two guide bars supporting the bottle-neck. The wind fan operates to blowers the glass bottle and moves it together to reach the position of the bottle holder of the washing unit.

Stage 2 + 3 + 4: Rinse wash-filling- 3 in 1 bottle capping

Automatic bottle rinse
