Stage1: Air conveyors

Principle of operation:

Glass bottles will be delivered to the top of the air conveyor. Here the neck of the glass bottle will be held by two guide bars, under the wind from the fan mounted on the head of the air conveyor, which will blow the glass bottles close together and move to the bottle holder position of bottle washing-rinse part. The air conveyor width is 22 cm and has a height of 1 meter. High quality 304 stainless steel material.

Automatic bottle rinse
